Neighbors can be sensitive people. They might hate the noise from your renovations, dislike your fence, or even get annoyed that you like to sleep in. They know it’s rude to play loud music at 11 p.m., and they won’t hesitate to tell you. But when it’s their party, they’ll have fun until 3 a.m. Living next to neighbors can be full of surprises, and these stories show just how true that is.

1.) Story:

I have a house, and my neighbors—a husband and wife—also have a nice house, but they’re very jealous. One time, a friend bought a new car, but his garage wasn’t ready yet, so he parked it by my house. The next morning, the neighbors saw the car. When they asked about it, I jokingly said it was mine. A week later, my friend took the car back, and the neighbors were furious.
