FBI Investigates Tesla Attacks, Trump Admin Calls It ‘Domestic Terrorism’
FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino confirmed an investigation into coordinated attacks on Tesla sites, including arson, gunfire, and swatting. A Las Vegas center was hit hardest, with cars torched and “Resist” graffiti left behind.
The Trump administration labeled the incidents “domestic terrorism,” linking them to backlash against federal budget cuts driven by Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Attorney General Pam Bondi promised to prosecute those responsible.
DOGE has also exposed major financial mismanagement in federal agencies, which Musk dubs “magic money computers.” Officials suspect the violence is meant to derail reform efforts.
