The emaciated woman, still alive, was found lying in a plot of land at 11:10 a.m. on May 17, 2025, along the intersection of Keng Road and Win Win Boulevard, at a plot of land in Sangkat Bak Kheng, Khan Chroy Changvar, Phnom Penh.
According to information at the scene, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a citizen rode a motorbike past the scene and saw the woman lying on the side of the road in the plot without paying attention. The situation was reported to police at 11am, and they instantly came to inspect the scene.
