Donald Trump Jr. Slammed for “Vile” Comment After Biden Cancer Diagnosis
Donald Trump Jr. is facing backlash after making a controversial comment following President Joe Biden’s prostate cancer diagnosis. Biden, 82, has been diagnosed with stage 4 prostate cancer that has spread to his bones, with a Gleason score of 9 (Grade Group 5).
While many—including Donald Trump and Barack Obama—offered kind words and support, Trump Jr. used the moment to mock First Lady Jill Biden, asking, “How did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this another coverup?” (Note: “stage five” doesn’t exist.)
He also agreed with a statement calling Biden “a vegetable running the country under the rug.”
Critics called the comments “vile,” “cruel,” and “pure filth,” pointing out Jill Biden is not a medical doctor and that such attacks are insensitive and baseless. Earlier, Trump Jr. had shared a message wishing Biden well—but followed it with offensive remarks hours later.
