During a protest against ICE raids in Los Angeles on Friday (June 6), a man was repeatedly trampled by police horses in a disturbing scene caught on video. The footage, widely shared on social media and aired on national TV, shows the man—wearing a backpack—lying in the street as mounted officers moved through. He was kicked by one horse, stomped by another, and struck on the head with a baton-like object. Though he managed to stand and begin retreating, an officer forced him back to the ground.
