He made a house of only 89 squares, but wait until you see the inside

All his friends laughed when they saw him living in an 8 square meter house. But when they saw what it looked like inside, they felt ashamed. See amazing footage of the house that costs as much as a phone.

Luke Thiull, a 13-year-old, was not your average teenager. While most kids his age are focused on different things, Luke from Iowa stands out as a school-going child unlike any other.

The skilled child created his own special place in his parents’ backyard, spending $1,500 USD on the project. Come see his dream house!

It’s amazing how this brave teen is choosing a different path, away from smartphones and gaming devices popular among young people today.

He shares all the details on his YouTube channel about his dream of constructing a tiny house and how his boredom motivated him to take action.

After careful thinking and extensive research, Luke had a clear understanding of how his envisioned plan would be successful!
He spent approximately one year gathering the necessary funds and materials to renovate the house. He mowed lawns, organized online fundraisers, and took on various jobs to raise money. He did everything possible to gather the required funds.

Luke’s friend, who was knowledgeable about electrics, assisted him in installing all the electrical work. In return, Luke cleared out his friend’s garage. They traded services.

Luke incorporated approximately 75% recycled materials into his project, along with many items he found at his grandma’s house. Additionally, the front door was a generous gift from his uncle’s friend.

The small house measures 89 square feet and is 10 feet long by 5 ½ feet wide. It has electricity but no plumbing, meaning there is no toilet, sink, or shower.

Luke said:

“I liked the minimalism”

“And I wanted to have a house without a huge mortgage.”

Luke has created numerous brief videos to share on YouTube. He informs us about his project, which has piqued the curiosity of many individuals, who are eager to learn about his motivation behind it.
Luke got a lot of support from his parents for the project, but his dad made sure Luke paid for most of it on his own.

Greg said:

“It was a chance for a kid to do something more than play video games or sports”

“It teaches life lessons.”

The teenager’s dream house is a cozy sanctuary where he can relax and have his own space. It includes a microwave, TV, loft with a bed, and even a BBQ in the backyard!

Luke diligently completes his homework once school is over in his small house. And sometimes, during the night, he even gets to sleep there!
